- Spring's Haven, LLC
- Since 1996, Lady SpringWolf (Dr. V. Carey) has operated and
maintained an online spiritual education website. The popularity
of the site continues to increase and so do the requests to physically
attend classes offered by Lady Springwolf. In late 2007 the planning
for Spring's Haven, LLC began. The
legal filings were submitted to Federal and State organizations
in March, 2008. The company was registered as a Limited Liability
Corporation (LLC) on March 21, 2008 in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

- Spring's Haven is focused on understanding spirituality to
bring about tolerance and peace. Our goal is to facilitate holistic
spiritual awareness, enlightenment, wellness and self empowerment
through education and celebration.

- But in that work we felt a need to give back to our local
community and played with the ideas of setting up a corporate
foundation. In May 2008, planning for that foundation began.
In October 2008 The Black Hat Society of Virginia was born and
rolled out onto the internet.

- Above all else, our members are charitable people looking
for ways to organize and support not only our local community,
but our home state as well.

- We are a group of ethical women and men who follow a path
of Metaphysics, Paganism or Witchcraft who gather together for
community service. We are an educational and charitable organization,
seeking to provide a community and network for Virginians of
alternative faiths. We seek to provide accurate information and
improve public perception about alternative spirituality through
education and charitable contributions to our community.

- We seek to demonstrate that all people are a charitable regardless
of religion or faith. To that end, we work on the collection
and distribution of donations to communities in Virginia in need
for a variety of reasons. Be it the homeless, hungry or natural
disaster. We work to provide assistance to anyone in need within
Virginia's borders regardless of their beliefs or spiritual affiliations.

- We invite like minded individuals in Virginia to join us
and add their energy, thoughts, and prayers to our efforts.
